Timeline
This interval prorgramme will take roughly one quarter of a year. Whether we do our sessions online, or during a nice walk outside in Huizen (‘t Gooi) - that’s up to you. An average session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please allocate 1.5 hours in your diary to allow yourself some reflection time afterwards.
