I'm Anne Jaakke: a former award-winning CHRO, now serving as a boardroom consultant and executive coach. My 25+ years of international boardroom experience across various industries enables me to fulfil my passion: transforming management teams and their individual leaders to reach their highest potential.
As consultant and managing partner at YellowRoad, I dedicate myself to resolving strategic challenges and enhancing leadership quality for fast growing organisations.​
Within my coaching practice, I develop bespoke individual programmes that guide HR leaders on their personal leadership journeys – occasionally involving their leadership teams to boost the overall growth of their HR department.
Both my consultancy and coaching clients value my experience as former CHRO and entrepreneur, because it enables us to have peer-level confidential discussions. This also allows me to provide effective, tailored solutions for all types of strategic challenges.

I grew up in a unique environment with a mother deeply immersed in spirituality and a father who was a hotel general manager. This exposed me to two distinct worlds—the spiritual and the business realms.

Throughout my career, I've mastered both domains, expanding my expertise in HR, leadership, and the boardroom, while also exploring practices that nurture the body, mind, soul, and spirit.
By synthesizing the best practices from these areas, I've created a holistic toolkit for transformative leadership, empowering leaders to reach the next level.
On a personal note, I absolutely love what I do and also invest plenty of time in my own development, expertise and knowledge in both realms. I believe that the more I develop myself, the further I can guide my coachees in their bespoke journeys.
