Guiding a new hotel company to scale for significant international growth and build an exclusive brand.

The consultancy assignment was with the Odyssey Hotel Group, a hotel company with 20 hotels operating from 5 countries, for the duration of approx 2 years.

I was appointed directly by the CEO, Rick van Erp to help professionalise and rapidly scale the company internationally. I acted as his trusted advisor, people & culture expert and executive leadership coach.

This special assignment involved many different elements:

Guiding the CEO & Leadership team strategically to scale the company.

Co-writing with the CEO a 5 yr strategic plan to scale the new hotel brand across Europe.

Re-designing the company brand. Total overhaul of look & feel, imagery, logo's etc.

Creating an unique employer brand to what it is today.

Mentoring the HR leader in defining the people & culture strategy.

Being the personal coach and trusted advisor of the CEO in various business and people matters.

Delivering leadership team development programmes for the executive team.
