Acting as the trusted advisor and mentor of the CHRO and her leadership team in challenging times.

The consultancy assignment was with the Royal Schiphol Group, the company that is responsible for leading the total airport operations in the Netherlands with 3.000 employees.

I was appointed directly by the CHRO, Esme Valk to be her trusted advisor and mentor through challenging times. I started november 1, 2022 and was intensively involved for 2-3 days per week.

This special HR assignment involved 2 big elements

1. Oversee all the HR activities for the duration of 1 year related to Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Culture & Change, Facility Management, Employee experience, Talent Management & Performance Management.

2. Increase the levels of team development, professionalism & quality of the overall HR Leadership team. Be the mentor and side kick of the CHRO to help navigate the many complexities of the internal and external people landscape.
